These Terms and Conditions are agreed to by the user of this site, or a participant booking a service through this site, or a person who a service is booked for or on behalf of someone else, hereinafter be referred to as “You” or “Your,” and B.A.G. Travel LLC, a California limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “B.A.G. Travel” “Our” “We” “Us” or “The Company.”
BOOKING: Reservations must be made in Your FULL LEGAL NAME as it appears on Your current, valid passport. Your name on Your invoice MUST match your current, valid passport. Travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel, provided that Your full payment is received no later than Your final payment due date.
DEPOSITS & FEES: Things happen, and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours of booking. So, unless specified otherwise on our website or promotions, your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours after booking. Beyond that, it is non-refundable. Please allow at least five to seven business days for any refunds to be processed.
Please note that B.A.G. Travel charges a non-refundable booking fee of $50 (USD) per booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE upon booking a trip with Our site.
REFUND POLICY: Except for as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, payments to B.A.G. Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. B.A.G. Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds, and this is how we keep Our package prices competitive and allow You to make monthly payments for your dream vacation.
PASSPORT & ID REQUIREMENTS: Guests are required to make reservations in their whole legal name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If You need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, You will be responsible for all name change fees. Name change requests must be submitted at least 60 days before trip departure and are allowed only with a non-refundable $250 (USD) Name Change Fee.
Don’t hesitate to contact requests@bagtravel.net with the subject line: “Name Change Request” for any pre-trip name change requests. Please note that there is no guarantee that You will have to change your name once booked. Passports must be valid for six months from your scheduled return date. Passport & Visa Services: To secure proper travel documentation, B.A.G. Travel has partnered with CIBT, North America’s largest provider of visa and passport services. CIBT can assist U.S. travelers with visas, passports, and other required travel documents. To request Visa or Passport Services, email requests@bagtravel.net. Include the subject line: “Visa / Passport Request – Trip Name.”
TRAVEL PROTECTION ASSURANCE: Please note Our refund and deposit policy carefully. Life happens, but for piece-of-mind, a competitively priced group travel insurance option is offered for all B.A.G. Travel bookings. You may review the rate and description and select travel protection assurance as an option before checkout. If You wish to add the travel protection assurance later, please note that it may be available up to 30-days before departure.
PAYMENT PLANS: When You book with B.A.G. Travel, an evenly divided automatic billing plan is created for You. You will know the day of every month that Your payment will be processed.Your initial Deposit + Booking Fee (if applicable) is due at the time of booking, and Your future payments will be charged according to the schedule You see on Your invoice.Your name on Your invoice MUST match your State Issued I.D. A Late Payment Fee of $50 per person will be charged after the Final Due Date posted for the trip if any payments are late. However, B.A.G. Travel reserves the right to deny late payments and cancel Your trip booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
ROOMMATES: All travelers are responsible for finding their own roommates.BAG Travel is not responsible for roommate selection, nor any issues that may arise from roommate disputes. You and Your roommate(s) are jointly and severally responsible for making all monthly payments on time. You must ensure that Your roommate(s), if any, are making timely monthly payments. Your roommate is also subject to these Terms and Conditions. If You cannot find a roommate, You must select and purchase the Single Occupancy package (subject to availability). INCIDENTALS Any expenses charged to Your room that are not included in the trip price (mini-bar usage, spa/gym access, etc.) must be settled BEFORE checkout. If not settled before checkout, You will still be charged any incidental fees after the trip has concluded.
ADDITIONAL TOUR ACCOMMODATIONS: Any expenses for special exhibits or other activities outside of the posted itinerary are 100% at the traveler’s expense. PHYSICAL ACCOMMODATIONS Many of the posted group tours through B.A.G. Travel require a lot of physical activity. Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour(s). Many sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance, and persons needing accommodations will find the tour extremely limiting to their experiences. Travelers MUST email requests@bagtravel.net with the specific accommodations that are needed and wait for an acknowledgment from B.A.G. Travel. B.A.G. Travel can make alternate recommendations for activities outside of the posted trip itinerary, but those activities are 100% at the traveler’s expense. Any accommodation made to the planned tours will be clearly stated, and the pricing will be reflected in Your invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke travel to anyone who is, in the sole judgment of us, incapable of group travel without causing undue demands upon the staff or other tour participants. Accessible rooms/cabins are limited and subject to confirmation after receiving the passenger’s written request.
MEALS: Unless otherwise stated, all meals that are included in the trip price will be at the hotel or on location specified in the itinerary. Any other meals offsite are the 100% at the traveler’s expense.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Some places You visit may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan/vegetarian, no pork, gluten-free, etc.). Any alternate accommodating meal or meals brought with You are 100% at Your expense.
ITINERARY ACCOUNTABILITY: The traveler is responsible for knowing and tracking the posted itinerary that can be found on the website and will be duplicated within TripIt Pro (or similar apps). We are not responsible for any missed activities that are clearly posted and stated throughout the trip.
TARDINESS: It is the traveler’s responsibility to be on time for all posted departure times. B.A.G. Travel is not obligated to wait, and any transportation accommodations to catch up to the group (if possible) must be researched, booked, and paid for by the traveler and at the traveler’s own expense.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & RELEASE: Copyright. The photographs, graphics, literal and artistic works produced by the Company are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved). They may not be reproduced in any manner not contemplated in these Terms and Conditions without the Company’s explicitly written permission. The photographs taken of You while participating in The Company’s services shall be owned by the Company, and You grant the company to share the images on social media, social networking websites, and on vendor websites. You must obtain written permission from the Company prior to selling any photographs owned by the Company. Marks. The Company may use, reproduce, and distribute Your service marks, trademarks, and trade names (if any) (collectively, the “Marks”) in connection with the use of Our site or performance of the services. Any goodwill received from this use will accrue to You. The Company may not engage in activities or commit acts, directly or indirectly, that may contest, dispute, or otherwise impair Your interest in Your Marks. You may not cause diminishment of value of the Company Marks through any act or representation. You may not apply for, acquire, or claim any interest in any either party’s respective marks or others that may be confusingly similar to any of them through advertising or otherwise. Release. You grant permission to the Company and its agents, assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use Your image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, Company may use Your likeness and image on Company’s website, social media accounts, or other advertising. You release all claims to profits that may arise from use of the images.

Travel is found to be liable to You for any damage or loss, which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of Our site or any services, B.A.G. Travel’s liability shall be limited, and not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the state laws of California. Should any conflict arise, California state laws will apply.
SEVERABILITY: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.
CODE OF CONDUCT: B.A.G. Travel expects you and any other participants using our site or services on Your behalf to adhere to our Code of Conduct. By not adhering to our Code of Conduct, We reserve the right to cancel Your reservation without a refund. You must adhere to this Code of Conduct in all of our activities, dealings, and use of the site: Create and contribute to an environment of mutual respect and inclusion for others Do not engage in any acts of discrimination or harassment based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, transgender identity, gender identity, ethnicity, race, national origin, religion, disability, age, or any other protected class Act honestly and with integrity, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional ethical behavior Deal fairly with, and be courteous and respectful to, all of Our employees, agents, affiliates, directors, members, customers, and suppliers; and Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to B.A.G. Travel and not knowingly participate in any illegal or unethical activity.You agree to notify B.A.G. travel if You know of anyone violating the foregoing Code of Conduct.

We reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. By using Our site and making payments for any package signifies Your acceptance and agreement with Our entire Terms and Conditions.
